Evangelism: The
oldest ministry of The Missionary Ministry is Evangelism, having started in 1978. On the first Saturday of each month
committed laymen meet at the church for exhortation and prayer before going into the community to witness.
Prison Ministries: The purpose of this ministry is to represent the gospel and to lead inmates to a saving knowledge of Jesus
Christ.

Follow-up Ministry: Receiving
Jesus Christ into one's life is only the beginning. The Follow-up ministry encourages individuals to develop a
personal, intimate relationship and commitment to Jesus Christ.
Hospital Ministry: A very fruitful ministry that focuses on the needs of persons being treated at medical facilities.
Widow and Widower Support Ministry: The Ministry seeks to support, emphasize, inform, and strengthen one's faith in the Lord and Savior Jesus

Baby Dedication Counseling Ministry: The purpose of the baby dedication counseling is two-fold. First, it is to inform the parent(s) in accordance
to the Scriptures, about what baby dedication is and is not. Also, to dispel Biblically any ideas about baby dedication.
Sanctity of Life Ministry: The
Ministry seeks to reach out into the community to educate and enlighten about the wrongs of abortion. Included in this
effort will be a promotion for Christian sexual responsibility in pro-family effort.
Christian Counseling Ministry: The purpose of this ministry is to provide comprehensive
our-patient Christian Counseling services to First Baptist and its community.
Tract Ministry: The ministry provides various kinds of tracts which are placed
in the tract rack in the vestibule of the church. Members may take them for their personal edification, as well as to
be shared with others.
Correspondence Ministry: The Ministry seeks to spread the love of God throughout the
community through correspondence, prayers, visiting the sick, and most importantly, giving the Plan of Salvation to save as
many souls through Jesus Christ as possible.
Oneness for Christ Ministry: This ministry is dedicated to ministering to the
spiritual needs of the single members of First Baptist.
Singles Plus Ministry: This ministry seeks direction and guidance from the Lord
on how singles can operate and grow spiritually until the Lord blesses the single person with a mate.
Representative
Payee Ministry: The ministry addresses the needs of individuals who are mentally or physically
incapable of managing their financial affairs.
