Mission Statement:
The mission
of the Seasoned Saints Ministry is to promote spiritual, physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth through
a variety of wholesome activities that challenge and stimulate older adults to explore areas that will enhance a healthy and
vital lifestyle that glorifies God.
History:
The Senior Member Center was developed in 1994 as an expansion of the Senior Citizens
Ministry. It was designed to meet the needs and interest of a diverse group of adults 55 years and older. While emphasis is
placed on members of First Baptist of Highland Park, other senior citizens are accepted into the program on a space- available
basis.
