Introduction
to Ministry: This ministry is designed to help retain new and current members by developing
a retention plan that focuses on maintaining enthusiasm and participation in church programs, projects continuous learning
and fellowship activities.
Mission
Statement: The mission of FBCHP Retention Ministry is to assist in retaining members by
affording opportunities for members to be actively engaged through various programs, projects ministries, which may allow
members to identify, develop and utilize their spiritual gifts, skills and talents.
